Browser Storage
We use your browser's localStorage to remember your preferences and to temporarily store information from your interactions with our chat concierge (for example, captured leads stay in your local browser to power our internal dashboard). - Web3Forms — processes our contact form submissions and routes lead notifications to our inbox
- Anthropic — powers our AI chat concierge (only when AI mode is active)
- Google Workspace — provides our email infrastructure (hello@loveshop.studio)
- Netlify — hosts our website and serves it to your browser
We may also share information when required by law (e.g. valid court orders or legal process), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LoveShop, our clients, or the public.
05Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data, and trusted infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, however, so we encourage you to share only the information necessary for your project.
06How Long We Keep It
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Specifically:
- Active enquiries — kept for the duration of our discussions and any subsequent project
- Inactive enquiries — deleted within 24 months unless you ask us to keep them
- Active client records — kept for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal purposes
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see Section 7).

We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Our site uses essential browser storage (localStorage) to remember settings and improve your experience. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that and you will be given an opportunity to consent where required.
10Children's Privacy
LoveShop Studio is a B2B service designed for adult clients. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.
