LoveShop Studio is a new studio north of Atlanta. There are no client reviews yet, and we won’t pretend otherwise. That’s why the founding offer exists. You work with Markel, start to finish.

Not included: your domain name, hosting fees, paid photos or fonts, and third-party subscriptions. Paid photos, fonts and subscriptions are billed at cost with no markup. Your hosting and domain are set up in your own name, and you pay those providers directly, with no markup. Extra pages or features are quoted before any work starts.
What you bring: your words and photos. Takeoff doesn’t include copy help. (Cruise does.)

The terms, plainly
- 50% deposit to start, 50% before launch or handover. The deposit is non-refundable and work begins when it clears.
- The finished work becomes yours when the final payment clears.
- Anything outside the agreed scope is $125 an hour, and only after you approve a written change order.
- Your exact price is confirmed in your written proposal.
- No agency can promise sales or results, and we do not.
After launch (optional)
Site Care, $250 a month. Hosting oversight, updates and security, up to 1 hour a month of text, photo or price changes, and a monthly report. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Site Care is monthly, so the founding discount doesn’t apply to it.
Questions
What will I pay after launch?
Takeoff is a one-time price. Your hosting and domain are set up in your own name, and you pay those providers directly. We add no markup. Site Care is optional: $250 a month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
You’re new. Why should I trust you?
Fair question. We’re new, and there are no client reviews yet. That’s why the founding offer exists. What you can check today: our own site at loveshop.studio, every price and term in writing, and a written proposal before you pay anything. You work with Markel, start to finish.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit is 50% and non-refundable, and work begins when it clears. The other 50% is due before launch. Before you pay anything, you get a free call and a written proposal with the exact scope, price and timeline.
Who owns the site, and how do I change it later?
You do. The finished work becomes yours when the final payment clears. Takeoff is custom-coded, so you don’t edit it yourself. Changes go through us: Site Care includes up to 1 hour a month of text, photo or price changes, or one-off changes are $125 an hour after you approve a written change order.
What does the founding testimonial involve?
Our founding offer is 20% off one-time project prices for our first three clients, in exchange for an honest testimonial and permission to show the work as a case study. Honest means your own words, good or critical. It’s given within 30 days of launch. Rather not be shown? Then Takeoff is the standard $1,500.
