Your hosting and domain are set up in your own name, and you pay those providers directly, with no markup. Extra pages or features are quoted before any work starts.

10 · Payment terms
Payment terms
Projects
50% deposit to start, 50% before launch or handover. The deposit is non-refundable and work begins when it clears.
First Class
50% to start, 25% when the design is approved, 25% before launch.
Monthly services
Billed in advance each month on autopay. Cancel with 30 days' written notice. Meta Ads and SEO each have a three-month minimum, and Meta Ads keeps its $500 setup fee and minimum inside The Full Itinerary. The founding client offer does not apply to monthly services.

Revision rounds
A round is one collected list of changes. Each package states how many are included; more can be added.
Extra work
Anything outside the agreed scope is $125 an hour, and only after you approve a written change order.
Small jobs
Projects of any size are welcome. A small job is $125 an hour with a 2-hour minimum ($250), quoted in a written proposal before work starts.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, ad spend, platform subscriptions and AI usage are paid by you directly or billed at cost with no markup.
Ownership
The finished work becomes yours when the final payment clears.
